Registration and Fees for 2024 Season
BEFORE YOU START:
If you don’t already have one, create an account at https://myaccount.rugby.com.au or download the Rugby Xplorer app.
Please have your Active Kids Voucher with you (this cannot be applied after registration)
Have an up-to-date passport style photo of only your child (head and shoulders only, NO caps/hats)
Please have your child's height and weight ready as it will be require to complete the registration process. It is important that this is accurate. The Club will now have to check and record this again before the season starts.
When asked if you wish to set the player profile to "Private" please select “No”.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE
Open the Rugby Xplorer App or click on https://myaccount.rugby.com.au
Find a Club - Select player (if more than one linked to account) then Search for Northern Barbarians Junior Rugby
Registration type
Role - select Player. This applies to all age groups. Do not choose training only.
Registration type - select XVs Juniors
Duration - select Season
Confirm/Upload Profile Photo
Confirm Additional Details
Confirm/input Emergency contact details
Input Height & Weight (if requested), confirm/search Current School
Add a saleable item – all players receive free shorts and socks and you can select your size under this tab.
Additional gear is also available to be purchased here too. For example, hoodies, scarves, polo shirts,
backpacks etc. Note: If you are a Manager, Coach or Committee Member a polo shirt will be provided to
you.

If you are transferring to Northern Barbarians from another Club within the Eastwood District eg. Dural, Central Eastwood, Ryde, North Rocks etc. please contact our Registrar Louise Reid directly before proceeding to register as there are strict rules regarding this.

U6-U7 = $130
U8-U9 = $150
U10 - Opens = $230
